German Spinal Therapy

What is German Spinal Therapy?

German Spinal Therapy a combination of Dorn and Popp therapy,  is revolutionary. The active movement of the patient, creating motion in the area being treated, is used while corrective changes in the leg joints, the pelvis and the spine are introduced by the practitioner. This unique method has proven very successful with various conditions originating from the spinal column.

The bases for a well functioning and healthy spine and back is a balanced pelvis. The pelvis will be balanced when the joints of the legs are properly in their joint sockets. Deviations in the joints and therefore in leg-length are the most common cause of pelvis imbalances..

German spinal therapy consequently focuses on equal leg length, a balanced torsion free pelvis and all the vertebrae coming back into their normal position. A few simple exercises enable the committed patient to maintain pelvic stability and a healthy, well functioning back.

Many, even severe back conditions have been successfully treated from a kink in the neck to slipped discs. In general a series of 5 treatments is recommended to regain proper stable spinal alignment. Some condition may require treatments over a longer period of time.
