Instructor Jessica Damon of Wellspring Pilates offers private Pilates sessions for people with a diverse array of goals, ranging from injury rehabilitation, to dance and sports-related conditioning, to general fitness. As a professional dancer and choreographer, Jessica is endlessly in awe of the human body and is passionate about bringing people of diverse backgrounds and abilities into health and wellness.
Jessica trained in the Eve Gentry line of Pilates. Her nurturing and intuitive style emphasizes challenging work that is tailored to the needs of the individual. Jessica's one-on-one sessions will leave you feeling longer, stronger, and more energized.
In addition to her work as a Pilates instructor, Jessica teaches dance and holds an MFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from CU Boulder.
